Hazel O’Connor Singer, songwriter and actress..Hazel stared in the film Breaking Glass in the 1980’s and had a String of hit singles Eighth Day ,D-Days ,Will You. Sons and Lovers was another great album.
Hazel told her life story in a touring show entitled Beyond Breaking Glass, with harpist Cormac de Barra. The show was a hit at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 1998 and toured Ireland and the UK, the Netherlands (twice), Australia and Canada.
